Details
Spencer is a folding sofa bed with skirted cover that in one simple movement becomes a comfortable bed with a XL single, French double or double mattress. Depending on the space available, it is possible to choose among four models: folding sofa bed without armrests, or sofa bed with three types of armrest with different shape and dimensions. Spencer style is defined by the armrests chosen, that create three characterising designs for modern and classic environments. The sofa customisation does not concern only armrests and covers; it bed can be also completed with a headboard.
Spencer offers a high comfort level to your guests, with a resilient polyurethane foam mattress and a wooden slatted base. When the bed is open, the cover becomes a comfortable quilt.

Variants
The folding sofa bed can be completed with "square" armrests (each cm 10 wide)
Mattress
HR 30: 30 kg/m³ high resilience polyurethane foam. The cover is dry clean only.
Backrest
Spencer can be equipped with a backrest (that becomes the bed headboard) available in the "square" model (cm 120 / 140 / 160)
The backrest cover can be chosen in a matching or contrasting colour belonging to the same category selected for the cover.
Cover
The folding sofa bed quilted cover is made of fabric in all the colours displayed in the Milano Bedding samples page. Spencer cover is completely removable and dry clean only.
Backrest Cover
The backrest (optional) is available in a matching or contrasting colour to be chosen among the ones belonging to the same category selected for the sofa.
Accessories
The sofa can be completed with a pair of cm 65 x 35 decorative cushion that can be used as pillows or as lumbar cushions when the sofa is closed.

Mechanism: high resistance steel tube – epoxy baked painting. Orthopedic bed with beech wood slats. Opening and closing operation in one single movement.
Mattress: high resilient polyurethane foam HR30 Kg/m3 density; covered on top with 100% PL fabric quilted with resinated 100% PL fiber 200 g/m2 and non-woven, bottom with 2,5 mm. combined interliner.
Quilt
Bottom cloth: polyester/ecru cotton
Padding: 200 gr/m² resin polyester wadding. Quilting with checks or dots on demand.
Armrests (optional)
Structure: particle wood.
Padding: 30 and 40 kg/m³ expanded polyurethane covered with interliner combined with 100 gr/m² PL fibre.
Headboard (optional)
"Square" headboard: straight in high resistance steel tube, oven coated with epoxy powders.
Padding (optional)
10 mm foam combined with an interliner.
Tips: Do not seat on the armrests.
