Charles is a maxi sleeper chair with single bed, characterised by thick armrests and cushions, with soft lines inspired by the classic 50s style, and curved legs in polished aluminium which lighten the whole armchair. Armrests, seat, and backrest are outlined by pipings, which can be chosen in a colour matching or contrasting the cover: thanks to the wide range of covers available, it is possible to customise this elegant maxi armchair by choosing the colours you prefer.
Charles is the right choice to create a relax area; it combines looks and functionality creating a perfect mix to suit your needs. This armchair bed is also perfect to add an extra accommodation for your guests; it turns into a single bed in one movement, without having to remove any cushion.
The Lampolet mechanism is designed to open and close the sofa many times in an easy, fast, and safe way. Finally, to increase the bed comfort even more, it is possible to choose the mattress among models with springs, in polyurethane, memory foam, or latex.

Mattress
It includes a Standard h.12 mattress in resilient polyurethane foam. As an alternative, several other models with springs, in polyurethane and latex are also available.

Cover
Available in fabric, faux-leather and leather in all the colours displayed in the samples page. Its cover can be completely removed and washed according to the specifics of each material.
Piping
Matching or contrasting. Those who prefer a contrasting piping can choose it in one of the colours available for the same category selected for the cover.
Legs
Polished aluminium, black nickel, painted aluminium in any RAL colour.

Standard mattress: 35 Kg/m³ expanded polyurethane covered with 100% cotton fabric, quilted on top and bottom with 400 g/m² 100% polyester wadding.
Structure: solid fir wood, poplar plywood. Backrest in high resistance furniture tube, oven coated with epoxy powders.
Legs: polished aluminium.
Padding:
Seat: 35 Kg/m³ expanded polyurethane, covered with 280 g/m² thermo-bonded needled fibre and mm 2,5 quilted interliner.
Backrest: 21 Kg/m³ expanded polyurethane covered with 380 g/m² thermo-bonded needled fibre and mm 2,5 quilted interliner.
Structure: 40 kg/m³ expanded polyurethane, 200 g/m² resin fibre combined with interliner.
