Details
Vivien is a low back double sofa bed with a 14 cm high mattress in polyurethane, latex or box springs. Available as an armchair and a 2-3 seater standard or maxi, in a few seconds the sofa converts into a comfortable single, large single, double or king size bed. Opening the mattress is straightforward thanks to the Lampolet mechanism: you just need to pull and fold out the backrest to reveal a 200 cm bed ready to use.
Designed by Alessandro Elli for Milano Bedding, Vivien is a modern convertible sofa with a vintage flair to it that fascinates with its curved back. The backrest, which embraces the structure also performing as armrests, can be chosen in a colour matching the seat cushions or in a different colour.
Vivien is fully customisable in terms of size and cover. You will find a range of fabrics, leathers and faux leathers offered in plenty of colours and patterns.
The sofa bed can be disassembled and the cover removed and washed according to the chosen material specifications.

Mattress
All models include a Standard h.14 sprung mattress with Bonnel biconical springs. As an alternative, models with pocket springs, polyurethane foam and latex are also available.

Structure: high resistance steel tube epoxy baked painted. Orthopedic bed with quality continental weld-mesh, fixed to the frame with springs. Comfortable seating made with webbing. Opening and closing operations with one single movement.
Standard Mattress: interior “Bonnel” springing made of a 2,20 mm hardened steel; 15 mm expanded polyurethane foam 30 Kg/m³ density; 100% PL fabric quilted with 100% polyester fibre g 200/mm² and non woven; 100% PL fabric quilted sides.
Frame: back in high resistance steel tube epoxy baked painted. Base in solid fir and poplar multilayer. Headboard/armrests in solid fir, poplar multilayer, plywood and hardboard.
Padding
Seat: expanded polyurethane foam 35 kg/m³, covered with PL fibre 200 g/m² and 2,5 mm quilted interliner.
Back: expanded polyurethane foam 18 kg/m³ covered with PL fibre 300 g/m² and 2,5 mm quilted interliner.
Frame: expanded polyurethane foam 30 g/m³, covered with interliner combined with 200 g/m² PL fibre.
Legs: metal epoxy baked painted
We suggest not to sit on armrests and headboard.
