Bahamas is an upholstered double bed with quilted frame and headboard built to give the perfect support thanks to its beech wood slatted base. Whatever your style this bed can be customized choosing from a great range of fabrics, faux-leathers and leathers, all in many colours and all made in Italy. Not only is Bahamas an elegant addition to any bedroom, it is practical too. The ottoman bed frame - available also in single and king size models - offers plenty of storage for bedding, clothes boxes and organizers and anything you want to tuck away. The lift mechanism can be chosen in 2 models, a lift up simple option or a horizontal lifting system which is a great option for an attic bedroom.
Milano Bedding beds have a compact space-saving design: the mattress is aligned with the perimeter of the frame structure, this way we can offer upholstered beds that are not too bulky.

Model
Available with or without storage. There are 2 types of lift mechanism you can choose from: single lift up option or Komodo double lift up option (bed base stays horizontal when storage is open, occupying +32 cm in depth).

Bed Base

- Standard Box: base with wooden slats, metal frame and single lift-up mechanism

Wood covered in fabric matching the colour of the bed upholstery.

Standard Slatted Base with Box: perimetral frame in mm 40x30x1,5 rectangular tubular bar with high resistance furniture tube, oven coated with epoxy powders. Orthopedic slatted base in beech plywood. Mechanism allowing to vertically lift the slatted base.
Komodo Slatted Base with Box: perimetral frame in mm 40x30x1,5 rectangular tubular bar with high resistance furniture tube, oven coated with epoxy powders. Orthopedic slatted base in beech plywood. Mechanism allowing to horizontally lift the slatted base. Once lifted and in an horizontal position the slatted base sticks out cm 32 from the bed structure.
Mattress: not included. Bahamas bed can be completed with one of the mattresses available in our Mattresses section.
